Executives:
Dr. Joe Vatanasombut, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Vatanasombut was an original co-founder of Virtualab in 1999. He has been involved in the global strategic planning and and business development of the company. Prior to joining Virtualab, he was a co-founder and director of Ratanaboon, a property management company. Dr. Vatanasombut received a Master's Degree in Management of Telecommunications Resources and a Ph.D. in Management of Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University. He has also taught MIS-related courses at Loyola Marymount University and the University of La Verne.

Dr. Arichai Ractham, Director and Financial Advisor
Dr. Ractham is the Managing Director of First Capital Consulting, a Bangkok-based financial consulting company. Prior to joining First Capital Consulting, he worked in the area of financial valuations for a subsidiary of Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Los Angeles. Dr. Ractham is also teaching in the field of Financial Management and International Finance at Kasetsart University, Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University and the Asia Institute of Technology in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Ractham obtained his M.A. in Finance in 1995 and his Ph.D. in Financial Economics in 1997 from the Claremont Graduate School.

Dr. Solomon Negash, Senior Partner
Dr. Negash has over 20 years of experience in various industries, including consulting, entrepreneurship, management, and business application analysis. In the past, he had worked for Cambridge Technology Partners as a business analyst for four years and found his own consulting firm for three years. His consulting engagements have involved him in major U.S. corporations such as American Honda Motors, Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., USA Networks, Energy and Power Research Institute, Western Financial Services, Shea Homes, etc. Dr. Negash had also worked with California Manufacturing Technology Center helping small and medium businesses develop their information systems strategy and acquire ISO 9000 audit certification. Currently, Dr. Negash also teaches and conducts research at the University of California, Riverside.

Operations:
Our team's diverse technical skills include project management, software engineering, networking, IP telephony, and interactive design. Our project management team has experience in leading business applications and software development projects in Fortune-500 companies. Our network and systems engineers are capable of administration and maintenance of UNIX and IIS web servers, SMTP/POP mail servers, DNS servers in UNIX environments, and large-scale databases. They also have strong expertise in the administration of TCP/IP networks, Cisco routers/switches, and firewalls. Our software engineering team develop systems based on a variety of technologies including .NET, C#, Java, XML, SQL, and etc. Finally, our digital artists have several years of experience in designing corporate and entertainment web sites using Macromedia Flash and Adobe PhotoShop, among other tools.
